THE PRODUCT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY REPAIR IN CASES OF:

1. Absence of a warranty card (invoice) or the buyer's signature on it;
2. Violation of product usage rules;
3. Use for industrial or professional purposes, exceeding the manufacturer's recommended load capacity;
4. Presence of damages or signs of self-repair (any tampering), violation of the manufacturer's original seals (damage to factory screws);
5. Presence of mechanical damages (breaks, chips, dents, scratches, bulges, signs of fire and soot, torn or burnt conductors);
6. Malfunctions caused by incorrect use of ports for peripheral device connection (such as USB, LAN, HDMI, VGA, DVI, PS/2, etc.), which could lead to short-circuiting of installed components;
7. Malfunctions caused by the ingress of foreign objects, staples, insects, liquid, excessive dust or dirt, or the presence of traces (water, coffee, tea, etc.);
8. Presence of chemical, electrochemical, electrostatic damages. Damages caused by non-compliance with state standards for power, communication, and cable networks;
9. Incorrect operation of the software-hardware part of the product (Flash-Bios reprogramming).

WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:

1. For damage caused to other equipment connected to this device.
2. For consumables (print heads, ink ribbons, cartridges, floppy disks, CDs, power cables, chargers, batteries), including those found in the finished product, they can be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided there is a factory defect.
3. In cases where up to three non-functioning pixels appear (on monitor screens, LCD TVs, mobile devices, etc.).
4. For pre-installed software (WINDOWS, drivers, antivirus). Its restoration will be performed for an additional fee, the cost of which will be notified in advance.

"WARRANTY REPAIR WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) BUSINESS DAYS AND EXCLUSIVELY AT THE SERVICE CENTER, as necessary diagnostics for defects will be conducted and addressed. In case of disputes arising during the diagnosis of malfunctions, the repair period may be extended up to 14 (FOURTEEN) business days. In cases where repair is not possible, product replacement will be provided, but only if the following conditions are met:

- If complete accessories are provided (original packaging, discs, documentation, power cables, power adapters, etc.) as specified in the product documentation, along with the packaging materials.

- If the purchased product remains intact, without scratches and in proper condition. In cases where the product integrity is compromised (missing drivers, documentation, connecting cables, fasteners, or original packaging), only REPAIR will be provided.

The company is not responsible for data loss, interruption of business activities, loss of business information associated with the inability to use the purchased equipment under warranty service."
